Retrospective analysis of prenatal invasive diagnostic procedures in a tertiary center

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the indications and outcomes of prenatal invasive diagnostic procedures performed in a single tertiary center.
 Materials Methods: The procedure karyotype results 1666 pregnant women who underwent between March 2016 November 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. recorded.
 Results: Amniocentesis (AS) was 1060 (63.6%) patients, corion villus sampling (CVS) 299 (17.9%), cordocentesis (CS) 307 (18.4%) patients. Among indications, most frequent indication abnormal ultrasound (US) findings, with rate 48.3% (n= 805). A normal detected 85% 1416) cases, chromosomal abnormality 12.2% 204) cases. Abnormal found 111 (10.5%) patients AS, 87 (29.1%) CVS, 52 (16.9%) CS. numerical abnormalities, trisomy 21 common 46% (94/204), while inversions structural abnormalities at 8.8% (18/204).
 Conclusion: current show that AS is procedure. We obtained highest fetal anomaly experienced CVS. US findings our study. Choosing appropriate related obstetricians' experience, medical history patient, gestational week admission, maternal serum screening test results, findings.
